Turquoise is a relatively soft stone ideal for carving. Well known throughout the world for its' opaque, veiny sky blue/green appearance. These cabochons are made from pressed (reconstituted) turquoise.
This makes them less delicate and ideal for setting. The marquis shape lends itself well to pendants rings and bangles. This is a facet cut stone so ideal for claw setting.
